  I've had three endocrinologists and Dr. Ali has been the worst by FAR! The funny thing is, I've actually never met with HER... in the past three years she's been too busy to see me. I met with an assistant twice. She orders blood work (when I call and remind her to) and her office has NEVER called me back with results and drug changes. When I call them I wait on hold for forever only to leave a message with someone to receive a call back. Which I hardly ever receive. I call multiple times, leave a message, and wait. Eventually my drug store calls me to tell me I have a prescription ready, with still no contact from the doctor's office. For example, this past week I've called and left three messages, with no return call, requesting my lab results and if any prescription change was necessary. I was told they did not have record of my labwork. I called Quest directly. They confirmed they sent the labwork over days ago. Quest emailed me my own copy. When I called Dr. Ali's office back to see if I could email them over the results so I could get my prescription updated they told me they could not accept them that way, but that I could leave a message. No thanks. I asked if I could drive them over personally. I was told, "Well I can't tell you what you should or shouldn't do." End result: After nearly three years of having the same experience time after time, I am FED UP and looking for a new endocrinologist who will actually see me, contact me, and take some amount of interest in my healthcare. I would not recommend Dr. Ali to anyone!

  WORST EVER! I have Hashimotos and I was pregnant with my second and had to request my own blood work every trimester and then 2 weeks before I was due, i was put on bed rest and ran out of my synthroid and she would not fill it until I came into the office.... I WAS ON BED REST! Then when I got there and she walked into the room she was like "oh, i did not even know you were pregnant! WTF! her nurses NEVER told her anything and I will NEVER go back and highly recommend you AVOID AT ALL COST. They do not care about the patients AT ALL!
